After 23 years of serving our community, Precision PT will be closing. Our last date treating
patients in the office will be Friday, July 3, 2026. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to
operate our business and for all of the wonderful people we have met throughout the years!

We will be relocating to a new location: 575 Jericho Tpke, Suite 103, Jericho, NY 11753.

We will provide one on one personal training and cash based physical therapy.

We Accept Most Insurance Plans

We accept most major medical insurance, no-fault, and workers comp. NYS now allows direct access to physical therapists, which means that you may not need a physician prescription (depending on your insurance). Medicare patients require monthly prescription updates from their physician. Self pay is also welcome, and our rates are very reasonable. Call us today for a breakdown of our payment options.
